Pull the old core and compare it before ordering. The housing, finish and tailpiece all have to match.

A core is not universal. Two American Seating cores can share a diameter and still differ in the tailpiece or cam on the back, which is the part that actually drives the latch. Take the old core out and compare it side by side before ordering.
