Shipping Policy

We keep our shipping pricing simple and transparent, so you always know what to expect at checkout.

U.S. Orders

  • For most U.S. orders, you pay the actual shipping cost charged by the carrier — no markups and no hidden fees.
  • If your cart contains only items marked “Free Shipping” and your subtotal is over $35, your order ships free.
  • If your cart includes items that are not eligible for free shipping, we still cover the shipping costs for the Free Shipping items, while a shipping fee is applied to cover the additional cost of the non-eligible items. In this case, shipping is a shared cost between us and you.
  • When an order ships free, we select the best shipping method based on cost, speed, and reliability.

Order Processing & Shipping Times

  • FedEx orders below $100 typically ship the same business day when placed by 5pm ET.
  • FedEx orders with a subtotal over $100 may require additional processing time and do not qualify for same-day shipping.
  • USPS and Amazon shipments typically require 1–2 business days of processing before shipment.
  • Processing times may be longer during peak periods, for high-value orders, or when additional verification is required.
  • Orders placed after business hours, on weekends, or during holidays begin their processing timeline on the next business day.
  • Estimated delivery dates shown at checkout are carrier estimates only and may vary.
  • Special-order or backordered products may require additional processing or lead time. These items are clearly noted during checkout.

Shipping Method Availability

To ensure reliable and secure delivery:

  • USPS Ground Advantage and Amazon Shipping may not be available for heavier or oversized shipments.
  • USPS Priority Mail is not available for orders with a total value over $200.
  • Orders with a subtotal over $200 ship via FedEx or DHL for added reliability and security.
  • Certain products may limit the available shipping methods at checkout due to security requirements.
  • Orders over $100 may require a signature upon delivery for added security.

PO Box Shipments

  • Orders shipping to PO Boxes are limited to a maximum order value of $200.
  • Orders over $200 must ship to a physical address so we can use FedEx or DHL for added protection.

International Orders

  • For all international orders, you pay the actual shipping cost charged by the carrier, based on destination, weight, and service level.
  • Duties, taxes, tariffs, and customs fees are not included in shipping and are the responsibility of the recipient. These charges are billed by the carrier or local customs authority upon delivery.
  • International delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary due to customs processing or local carrier delays.

Why We Ship This Way

We keep shipping as low as possible while making sure your order arrives quickly and intact. Our products can tear through a standard envelope, so we use protective bubble mailers and tracked shipping methods. Tracking and delivery confirmation cost a little more, but they let both of us follow your package all the way to your door.
