The number you need is stamped on the lock, not printed on the product it secures. Read it off carefully, since one wrong character gives a key that will not turn.

Every lock we cut for carries a code, and that code is the whole job. Send it through and the key is made to match, whether the original is worn, broken or long gone. Where the code has rubbed off the lock itself, the lock has to be replaced to get back in.
