Drawer, door and knob-style bodies are different parts. Measure the front thickness before choosing.

The mounting cutout is as important as the barrel length. A round cutout, a keyed cutout and a rectangular housing are not interchangeable, so check the hole in the drawer front before you order a Steelcase replacement. Check the fixings as well as the lock. A replacement that fits the cutout but not the existing screws still means drilling.
